FOOD SAFETY CHECKLIST
This checklist is to help you meet the requirements of Legislative and Industry Standards in relation to the implementation of Food Safety Requirements.
Checklist Instructions
- To complete this checklist you will need to review food safety documentation, and make visual observations of your site.
- Most questions will require a "yes" or "no" answer and some have a calendar in order to insert a date. If you are unsure of the answer, select "no".
- In order for your business to get the most out of this process it is important that questions are answered in a true and correct fashion.
- Once completed, press print to print a copy for your records.
- Then send a copy to Food Safety Systems (by pressing the send/accept button at the end of the checklist), for independent review and comment.
- The review and comment on your checklist from Food Safety should be kept on file as verification that your site is carrying out regular checks of food safety requirements.
- Complete this checklist once a month.
- Question on the checklist are colour coded to indicate the importance to your food safety.
